DESCRIPTION OF PLOTS
These plots, which come as either 800sq meters, 1000sq meters or 1200sq meters plots, are all located on the exclusive NICON TOWN ESTATE, Lekki, Lagos.  This estate is also referred to as the CHEVRON NICON ESTATE or the CHEVRON CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY ESTATE.

To ensure that water logging cannot be a problem, the whole estate has been completely fenced and sandfilled to approximately 1.5m above the surrounding ground level. LOCATION 
The NICON TOWN ESTATE is located to the left of the Lekki_Epe Expressway just after the second roundabout when coming from the Victoria Island ( VI) end of Lekki . Its location long before the Chevron offices (at the 4th roundabout) ensures easy accessibility and minimal road congestion between it and Victoria Island or Ikoyi.  This is particularly so, when compared to other estates such as the Victoria Garden City (VGC) which are located long after the 4th roundabout.
